Life in ministry is a wild adventure.
You don’t have to do it alone.
Nurturing the Pastor’s Soul
Ministry can be lonely. You are present with people in their most vulnerable moments. You hear their stories, carry their burdens. Your days are filled with serving others, leading teams, navigating decisions, and thinking about long-term plans. On top of that, there’s the budget, the politics, and phone calls about the furnace not working.
Where do you get to tell your story?
Where do you process your experience?
Where do you have the freedom to wrestle with your faith?
Who is listening and asking about your experience of God?
Wouldn’t it be refreshing to have a place where you can show up, just as you are, without needing to be the one in charge, the one who is supposed to have faith figured out, or the one who is there to care for everyone else?
Through spiritual direction, retreats, and online groups, we create space to nurture your soul.
Sharpening the Pastor’s Leadership
You learned so many things in seminary and have collected a number of helpful leadership books and tools along the way. But sometimes you feel stuck. Or like things just aren’t working the way they should. Maybe you are running into roadblocks with staff or struggling to get people on board with a vision.
Wouldn’t it be helpful to have a place to talk through some of those leadership challenges?
Wouldn’t it be beneficial to have someone listen and coach your through some of those tricky situations?
Wouldn’t it serve not only you, but also your ministry, to better understand yourself as a leader?
We want to see you grow and thrive as the ministry leader God has created you to be. Through coaching, workshops, and retreats, we offer the opportunity for you to focus on both your leadership skills and target specific situations you find yourself in.
Navigating The Pastor’s Transitions
There are times in each of our lives when we begin to sense that something needs to change. We want to attend to God’s leading. We want to do the work of discerning what God might be doing and calling us to do.
Is God calling you to a new position?
Is it time to leave your church and you want to end well?
Are you just beginning in ministry or in a new ministry position and want to begin well?
Are you near retirement and not sure how to close this chapter?
Have you been asked to leave a position and need a place to process and heal as you figure out what’s next?
Are you leading your ministry through its own process of change?
We long to see those in ministry discern and transition well. It’s one of the things we’re passionate about. Spiritual direction, coaching, and discernment groups are valuable opportunities for you be intentional about God’s call.
Note: We use the term “pastor” to signify anyone who is serving in a ministry capacity. Whether you wear the title of pastor, ministry director, chaplain, coordinator, or something else, these offerings are for you.
